Is my data used to train AI models? +
No, never. Neither your documents, nor your queries, nor your conversations with the assistant are used to train any model — ours or our providers'. This guarantee is contractual and architectural: we exclusively use enterprise AI offerings where training on customer data is disabled.
Where is my data hosted? +
In the European Union. The database and document storage are in Paris, with backups in Ireland, and AI model inference runs in a European region, under the GDPR. The list of our sub-processors is in appendix 4 of our terms; our impact assessments (DPIA) are available on request.
How is professional secrecy guaranteed? +
As a contractually-bound GDPR processor: your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, sensitive actions are recorded in the audit log, and rights are finely managed per role within the firm. The model provider neither logs nor stores your documents.
